Advocate Rewards: £20 per qualifying referral, only where the purchase is made by someone other than the Advocate themselves, on SafetyMode.com
Combinability: Referral code cannot be used with any other offer or discount. Codes do not stack.
Payment timing: Rewards are calculated monthly, based on SafetyMode Shopify purchase data, and paid within 30 days of month-end.
Payment method: Rewards are paid by PayPal through ReferralCandy, to the email address linked to your ReferralCandy account. Make sure this matches your PayPal email, and update it in your ReferralCandy account or the SafetyMode portal if it doesn't.
Minimum reward amount to trigger payment: £20 (one successful referral).
Programme changes: SafetyMode reserves the right to withdraw the code, change reward terms, or pause the programme at any time.
Duration: Code and programme are active from date of issue to the Advocate, with no fixed end date at this stage but SafetyMode reserve the right to end the programme or withdraw your code at any time.
Disclosure: If you are going to share your referral code publicly outside of your friends or family, (for example publicly on social media platforms), you will need to start your post with ‘#Ad’. If sharing among friends and personal WhatsApp groups, or during direct in person chats with people, no disclosure is required but it's still good practice to mention you'll get a reward if they sign up, alongside their discount.
Existing programme members do not qualify as referrals: A purchase made by someone who is already enrolled in the OtherPhone Advocate Programme (irrespective of whether they've purchased OtherPhone before) does not count as a qualifying referral and will not trigger the £20 reward. To earn a reward, your referral must be a new customer who is not already part of the Advocates programme, is not an existing SafetyMode or OtherPhone customer, and has not previously signed up to any programme or mailing list on the SafetyMode website.
