Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store — including The Other phone — is offered as a £279 purchase with £5.99 per month for SafetyMode Plus. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase The Other phone on subscription, you’ll receive your device along with ongoing access to Safety Mode, our suite of premium parental and safety features.
Your subscription includes a one-time upfront payment for the phone, followed by a monthly plan. Payments are taken automatically using your saved payment details unless you cancel.
If you’d like to pause, change, or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Just use the link in your order confirmation email or log in to your customer account to manage your plan.
Please note that some subscription options may auto-renew at the end of their term unless cancelled.

Lifetime Purchases
If you purchase The Other phone with a lifetime plan, you pay once and keep full access to Safety Mode without any ongoing payments.
Lifetime purchases can be returned under our standard returns policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders let you reserve The Other phone (or specific colours or models) before it’s officially in stock.
We may take full or partial payment at checkout, or simply store your payment details until your device is ready to ship.
You can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order at any time for a full refund. Once your phone has shipped, cancellations aren’t possible - but you may still request a return in line with our Returns Policy.
